The Beatles
3rd (Last) North American Tour
Toronto 1966

Performers:
  The Beatles
  The Ronettes
  The Cyrkle
  Bobby Hebb
  The Remains
Venue:
  Maple Leaf Gardens
  Toronto, Canada
Date:
  Tues., August 17, 1966

In the summer of 1966 the Beatles were on their third and ultimately last tour of North America. The concert held at Maple Leaf Gardens was jammed to the rafters with over 16,000 fans. The tour coincided with their just released seventh album "Revolver".

The Beatles opened the show with "Rock & Roll Music" and "She's A Woman". The balance of the set was made up of "If I Needed Someone", "Day Tripper", "Baby's In Black", "I Feel Fine", "Yesterday", "I Wanna Be Your Man" before concluding with "Nowhere Man" and "Paperback Writer".

NOTE: Although "Revolver" was released just before the Beatles' tour, they did not perform any songs from the album live. Their reasoning for this was that many of the tracks on the album were too complex to perform with live instruments.
