This instrumental from Bobby Hebb's publishing demos has a rare trumpet or bugle performance from Bobby.  An instrument he played in the navy in the crow's nest  when he performed for the leader of the Republic of China (1928-1975) His Excellency Generalissmo Chiang Kai-shek and his wife Soong Mei-ling were entertained by Bobby and his band, the Pine Island Pirates on the boat USS Pine Island (AV-12).  On one evening on the boat Bobby - in the crow's nest, saw Madame Chiang and her entourage on the boat.  Bobby said even though the sailors were not supposed to look at the guest, Madame Chiang glanced at Bobby and he glanced back.

Historically, this demo that we have on a lacquer disc known as an "acetate" is great for rappers and world artists to "sample" and for jazz musicians to vamp on.
