Kitoto Von Hebb is the daughter of BOBBY HEBB. The late singer/songwriter, Bobby Hebb, toured with The Beatles and was a friend of theirs. His biggest hit, "Sunny," was recorded in New York. It reached #3 on the R&B charts, #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, sold over one million copies and was awarded a gold disc. When Hebb toured with The Beatles in 1966, "Sunny" was higher on the charts than any Beatles song at the time. Kitoto has recorded with producer Joe Viglione (producer of the "Sunny" boxed set) and her recordings feature Grammy-winning drummer Steve Holley (Paul McCartney's Wings).

LEONARD NIMOY's rendition of "SUNNY" in the new film BLIND

Much as “Reprise” was stuffed with overachieving references to Proust, Maurice Blanchot and the untranslated Norwegian poet Tor Ulven, “Blind,” too, runs thick with eccentric pop-culture ephemera, from the obscure 1970 Norwegian omnibus film “Days From 1000 Years” to a running discussion of Leonard Nimoy as actor, photographer and chanteur (his cover of Bobby Hebb’s “Sunny” is heard on the soundtrack).
